Formats

Workshop

In a half-day workshop, we will initiate important reflection processes. We will provide insights on identity and management theories. You will be guided through exercises that explore your own identity, your organizational identity, and their relationship and complexities. 

Online courses

A series of scripted content and reflection exercises will allow you to work at your own pace. To support the learning and self-discovery process, and enhance outcome effectiveness, we recommend combining this format with workshop(s) or individual coaching opportunities.

Seminar Series

A recurring workshop format will allow us to delve deeper. Over the course of several sessions, we will explore your own, your teammates', and your organisational identities. From there, we will develop strategies to help you navigate complexities and enhance your sense of clarity and purpose. 

Individual Coaching

This is your opportunity to tailor everything to your needs & challenges. We will guide you through exercises on your identity and its relationship with your organization. Through reflection and discussion opportunities we uncover your unique strategies for more effortless leadership.
